123 Flowers Competition: 2020
I was privileged to win 123 Flowers competition with my design entry which got chosen to be sent to thousands of customers with their products.
Black Heart Equestrian: Placement 1
As part of my University course, I decided to do a placement year to gain more experience and learn more about te type of work Graphic Designers do each day. One of my placements was Black Heart Equestrian, which designs fashionable and multi functional fashion wear for horse riding, skiing, gym and athletic sports. This company really stood out to me as somewhere which aims to empower individuals and make them feel body confident.
Product photography:
In the first week, I got to experiment with flat lays and develop my photography skills using different types of lighting, a light box and ring lights. This also helped me to understand and learn about the different products. I then used Adobe Photoshop to remove backgrounds and altered the color settings to make the image more refined.
Vector Artwork:
To encourage sales, I did vector styled artwork on Adobe Illustrator to create a fun and quirky version of the product. The artwork was then used on social media stories which was then put with text or a swipe up link to the product.

During my last week , I got the opportunity to help out with the E- Com photo shoot, where I would help prepare and pack the outfits and also have a go at filming a few TikToks for Instagram.
